Some issues and/or error messages you could encounter – and how to fix them:

* Do you have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer? http://get.adobe.com/reader/
Our ebooks are in PDF format and require the latest version of Adobe Reader to view them.
Download your free version, then restart your computer before opening the ebook.

* “Pick program you want to use to open xx.pdf file
This means you do not have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. Download the free Adobe Reader (http://get.adobe.com/reader/ ), restart your computer, then try opening the file again.

* “Corrupted file
In almost every instance, this error is due to either not having Adobe Reader installed, or you have an outdated version of Adobe Reader. Download the latest version here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/

* “File was quarantined
This is often due to your mail program settings not allowing email attachments. Check your email program settings to make sure it’s set to allow attachments.

* “Windows cannot find Acrord 32.exe”
This error message is saying your computer cannot find and/or read Adobe Acrobat Reader. It could be that you have a corrupted file, the file is outdated, or you don’t have the reader installed on your computer. Please install the latest version. http://get.adobe.com/reader/

* “File cannot read the file

* Are you having trouble downloading or reading your ebook?
It’s important to clear your temporary internet files (cache), as your stored cache grows, your computer slows down.

* How to find a downloaded ebook on your computer, when you can’t remember where you saved it:

* Click the start button on the lower left corner of your computer
* Then click search
* Enter in part of the file name you’re trying to find and click Search
* The search results will show the name of your file and the location
* Click on the file name to open it
