Supplements
Unopened supplements may be returned within 30 days of purchase for full refund minus shipping/handling fees and a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping to be paid by customer.

X-iser
X-iser purchases have a 30 day return policy, and must be returned in the condition in which it was received in its original packaging. Return shipping paid by purchaser.

Fast Track Program
Participants in the Fast Track Program may cancel out of the program within 14 days of purchasing the program, minus a 20% reversal fee and may keep all Starter Kit contents.

Payment schedule for multi-pay options begins on date of first payment.

VIP Program
Our VIP Program has a 30 day cancellation policy; all retail value of testing costs, products and/or coaching time within this timeframe will be deducted from payments made by client. Should client wish to return unused products, credit will be applied for supplements that have been unopened, and for X-iser or scale if returned in the condition it was received in its original packaging. Return shipping paid by client.

Client must conduct their initial coaching call with Success Coach within 2 weeks of purchase. Program start date begins on day of initial coaching call.

Personalized Profile Tests
You may cancel your order anytime up to 30 days after payment is made, minus a 20% reversal fee, as long as your test has not been sent to or processed by the lab. Refunds not available once test has been sent to the lab.

Club Program
Membership may be cancelled at any time. Fourteen days notice is required to avoid charge for upcoming month; refund not available on current month’s fees.
