Remember: don’t let the enemy into the house. If ice cream is your weakness, don’t buy it! If almond butter makes you go weak at the knees, buy single-serving packs to help with portion control.
And don’t ever believe the lie that “I’m eating healthy, but my family needs other food.” Why would you go to all the trouble to change your life and model good behaviors, then feed your kids junk food?
