Recipe: Pumpkin Cheesecake Shake

by JJ Virgin on December 15, 2017

The guest of honor at my Thanksgiving table this year was undoubtedly the gorgeous dairy-free pumpkin cheesecake. (Shh, don’t tell the turkey…)

This yummy smoothie recipe keeps the love going – it tastes just like pumpkin cheesecake in a cup! And with plenty of great nutrition, you can indulge without worrying about the weight gain, insulin resistance, or inflammation that would typically come with having cheesecake for breakfast.

The pumpkin and flaxseed offer plenty of filling fiber, while the coconut milk and dairy-free cream cheese give you the healthy fats you need for a speedy metabolism. And every shake has 29 grams of protein for amazing energy and fat-burning potential.

Holiday perfection!
