Supplements
Unopened supplements may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping/handling fees and a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping to be paid by customer. Opened supplements may not be returned.

JJ’s Fast Track Program
Participants in the Fast Track Program may cancel out of the program within 30 days of purchasing the program and receive 100% money back, no questions asked. Your binder must be returned in like-new condition or a $35 fee will be deducted from your refund. If supporting supplement packages were purchased in addition to the Fast Track program, they may also be returned, unopened, with a 10% restocking fee, per the Supplements return policy above. If coaching was purchased in addition to the Fast Track program, the return policy outlined below for Coaching applies.
Payment schedule for multi-pay options begins on date of first payment.
VIP Program
Our VIP Program has a 30 day cancellation policy; all retail value of testing costs, products and/or coaching time within this timeframe will be deducted from payments made by client. Should client wish to return unused products, credit will be applied for supplements that have been unopened, and for X-iser or scale if returned in the condition it was received in its original packaging. Return shipping paid by client.
Client must conduct their initial coaching call with Success Coach within 2 weeks of purchase. Program start date begins on day of initial coaching call.

Personalized Profile Tests
You may cancel your order within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund minus a 10% reversal fee, as long as your test has not been sent to or processed by the lab. Refunds are not available once your test has been sent to the lab.
Coaching Sessions and Programs
You may cancel your order within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund as long as you have not used any coaching sessions. Used coaching sessions will incur a $100 per session charge and will be deducted from your total refund.
