Recipe: 5-Minute Collagen Coffee

by JJ Virgin on October 25, 2019

I love my morning coffee! Running a busy household with three little ones, it’s honestly the first thing I make every morning.

Now, I can love my daily ritual even more, because us coffee lovers have science on our side. For starters, drinking coffee is actually good for you in many ways, from burning fat to protecting your brain health.

And with the addition of collagen, not only will your skin say thank you, your overall gut health and digestion can also improve. Unlike some other proteins that can be hard to digest, collagen actually soothes your gut lining.

Collagen is the main structural component of your skin, and it’s a big part of preventing wrinkles and keeping your skin tone even. If you want to learn more about the many essential ways collagen supports and promotes our bodies health, read this blog

The best part is that with just one scoop of JJ’s Complete Beauty Collagen powder in your cup of joe, you get 11 grams of protein. If you’re anything like me, this is a saving grace on hectic mornings. It gets my day going and holds me over for about an hour until there’s time to think about breakfast!
