Chai Oatmeal No Bake Cookies

A blend of JJ Virgin Chai Flavor Plant Based All-In-One Shake Protein powder with old-fashioned gluten-free oats and stevia-sweetened dark chocolate chips. Whip a batch up these sweet treats to curb your cravings in a satisfying, healthy way.


1 cup old-fashioned gluten-free oats

1 scoop JJ Virgin Chai Flavor Plant-Based All-In-One Shake Protein powder*

2 Tbsp freshly ground flaxseed

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup stevia-sweetened dark chocolate chips

1/4 cup creamy almond butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 Tbsp Lakanto® Monkfruit Sweetener, Classic (I also use Birch Benders)


1In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix with your hands.

2Scoop a small amount into your hand, then roll into a ball. Gently press down into a round cookie shape.

3Store cookies in an airtight container. (Does not need to be refrigerated.)

4Enjoy your sweet treat!
