Ingredients
1 ½ cups blanched almond flour
2 scoops JJ Virgin Chocolate Paleo-Inspired Shake
½ cup RxSugar Organic Chocolate Syrup (Use code JJVIRGIN20 for 20% off)
2 tbsp ground flaxseed mixed with 5 tbsp water
¼ cup Pascha Organic Bittersweet Stevia-Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions
1Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 9x13-inch sheet pan with parchment paper.
2Mix all dry ingredients with a whisk in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
3Blend chocolate syrup, coconut oil, frozen cherries, and 2 tbsp water together in a blender on low speed to break up the cherries, then speed up to blend well.
4Make a well in the middle of the dry mixture and add cherry mix, vanilla, and flaxseed. Mix well with a spatula.
5Scrape onto the sheet pan and level it out evenly. Sprinkle chocolate chips and chopped walnuts on top.
6Place in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.
7Remove from oven and cool completely before cutting. Run a knife around the edges of the pan. Lift out parchment paper onto a cutting board. Slice into 12 squares and enjoy.
8Brownies are best stored at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days. They can also be placed in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
