What I have found to be most successful for me is to focus on ONE thing at a time: make it my new habit, get it really entrenched, and then move onto the next.
I see health as a journey – as a constant process of upgrading – so I have created a list of 9 health upgrades for 2018 that I will be focusing on accomplishing over time, one by one…
- Upgrade my morning manifesting & mindfulness routine
- Build in more quick HIITS with my X-iser – I’ve moved it where I will see it throughout the day
- Add in more core work – ditto for making my Stealth Trainer more accessible
- Get into my Sunlighten Sauna 3-4 times a week when I am at home
- Schedule massages twice a month
- Drink bone broth daily when I am home
- Extend my overnight fasting window – make it 12 hours+ on the weekdays and work on 14-16 hours on the weekends
- Eat more non starchy veggies!
- Share gratitude and appreciation daily

Dr. Mariza Snyder, Women’s Hormone Expert
I am going to be practicing what I preach – self-care is my BIG focus for 2018. As much as I love the idea of self-care, I can easily ignore healthy rituals when I am working on a new, exciting project.
As a women’s hormone expert, I understand the value of healthy, daily habits, especially in the morning! One of my favorite quotes is by Louise Hay: “How you start your day is often how you live your life.”
My goal is to start each day with energy, passion and vitality. In order to do that, I am going to prioritize my morning routine before I focus on someone else’s needs.
Morning rituals have always been a great way to set the tone for my day. My morning routine will include a wake-up essential oil ritual, matcha green tea, gratitude journaling, working out, and nourishing my body with healthy foods, like my morning green smoothie.
I will also incorporate essential oils throughout the day to reduce stress and keep my hormones balanced, including bergamot, clary sage and neroli. I am excited to try out some new essential oil diffuser blends that support inspiration and creativity!

Dr. Anthony Youn, Holistic Plastic Surgeon
My New Year’s resolution this year is to put my phone away when I’m at home with my family.
Although I love interacting with my followers on social media and am so excited to share that #Over40isTheNew20, I should spend less time on my phone during the few hours I’m at home every evening.
We always put the phones away when we eat dinner as a family, but afterwards I often reach for it. Studies show that the light emitted from our phones can interfere with our sleep, so that’s another good reason to put it down in the evening. My wife is just as bad as me, so maybe we can make the resolution together!

Dave Asprey, Bulletproof Biohacker
My New Year’s resolution this year is to fail every day and then be grateful for it.
The reason is that failure only happens when I’m pushing myself to do things I don’t know how to do. If, by the end of the day, I haven’t failed at least once, it wasn’t a very successful day!
Gratitude – for failure or anything else – is the antidote to fear. I won’t let fear of failure stop me from doing important things. Of course I’ll fail doing the hard things that matter! And every time I fail, I learn more about how to do it better. That’s why, this year, I’m all about failing as my New Year’s resolution!
Dave Asprey is the founder and CEO of Bulletproof Coffee and health hacker extraordinaire. Bulletproof your own health now!
Dr. Robin Berzin, Wellness Expert
My New Year’s resolution is to be as present and alive in the moment as possible. I tend to see far into the future and dream big, which is great, but it’s even better when balanced with appreciating the right-here-and-now.
I plan to do this by starting and ending each day with a 3-minute meditation that’s just a simple breathing practice. Extra points for doing the morning meditation with my son!
Robin Berzin, MD, is founder/CEO of Parsley Health, which is reimagining America’s relationship with the doctor. Dr. Berzin and Parsley Health combine nutrition, wellness, and prevention with cutting-edge medicine. Find out more at parsleyhealth.com.
Dr. Eric Zielinski, Biblical Health Educator
In 2018, I commit to carving out more “me time.” As a busy online entrepreneur and father of four young children, my schedule is hectic at best.
With my favorite essential oils at my side, I plan on taking regular emotional detox breaks and making sure that I don’t let the stressors of the day get the best of me.
As always, my hope and prayer is that you experience the abundant life!

Christy Whitman, Celebrity Coach
I make “resolutions” all year long, but I also define this word a little differently than most people do. Most make New Year’s resolutions around a change they desire to make – losing weight, for example, or earning more money from their jobs – and then create a plan of action for attaining those results.
My approach is very different than this. When I want to effect a change in some aspect of my life, the first thing I do is reflect on the essence of how I believe I will feel once I’ve accomplished that shift, and allow myself to connect with the underlying vibration or frequency of that feeling.
Once I’ve identified that feeling, my “resolution” is to consciously and deliberately bring more of it into my life, and to allow that frequency to direct my thoughts, perceptions, plans, and behaviors.
To give you an example, joy is one of the vibrations that I am choosing to experience more of in 2018, so this energy has been the focus of my daily meditations. Knowing that we live in a universe where there is an abundance of every variation of energy imaginable, I use the power of my focus to reach for the vibration of joy.
I do this by remembering past experiences that were joyful, scanning present circumstances for demonstrations of it, and allowing myself to imagine fully what it feels like to be wildly joyful. As the energy of joy becomes my new set point, the Law of Attraction delivers more and more joyful people and experiences into my life.

Brooke Alpert, Nutrition Expert
My New Year’s resolution this year is to find some time for myself. I work with clients on this every single day, and yet I struggle with it myself! Between my kids, husband, job and my new book launch in December, I can already see any semblance of personal time get thrown out the window.
The last time I neglected some self-care and me-time, I had postponed a dermatologist appointment by 6 months, only to find out that I had skin cancer. I’m fortunate that it was a relatively easy surgery and fix, but it was a tough lesson to learn! 2018 will be more about balance and self-care.

Emily Fletcher, Meditation Expert
I don’t really make resolutions per se. But I LOVE having the New Year as a time to celebrate my successes from the previous year so I can build on top of them for the coming year!
So often we set goals or resolutions from a place of fear, shame, or lacking. What if you took some time to celebrate your growth, your lessons, and your big wins? How great would it feel to build on top of those wins, instead of looking at it from a negative viewpoint?
I personally am committing to not taking my phone off airplane mode in the morning until after my meditation and exercise. No one should sleep with their cell phone radiating their brain all night!
So make sure you put it on airplane mode when you put yourself in sleep mode at night. Then as you rise, start your day for YOU! Your inbox puts you at the beck and call of everyone else’s resolutions and goals. So take care of your own brain and body first.
There will always be more emails to answer, but you will never get a day of your life back. So we may as well enjoy each day we have to the fullest! I know I always enjoy my days (and perform so much more elegantly) if I start my day with meditation and exercise before digital distractions.

Kara Goldin, Hint Water Founder
My New Year’s resolution is to learn something new every day. It’s so easy to get caught up in the daily grind, but I find whenever I make an effort to educate myself and expand my horizons I see an immense positive impact in both my personal life and my business.
Not only does it give me fun tidbits to share at parties or wisdom to impart on my kids, but I often get inspiration from the most unexpected places that lead to new innovations at hint and help me grow my business. Learning something new can come in many forms, whether it’s through reading a book or article, going to a lecture, exploring different cultures or simply talking to people with completely different experiences and expertise.
In 2018, by goal is to make a concerted effort to expand my mind in some way (big or small) every day. Who knows what exciting developments 2018 will bring with all that newfound knowledge!

Dr. Kellyann Petrucci, Paleo Nutrition Expert
My New Year’s resolution for 2018 is to SLOW DOWN and take time to love myself.
I love the new year. I love being on the cusp of a new adventure: reflecting on the past year… thinking about all that was good, and even looking at where I could have done better.
Deciding I could have done better in some ways isn’t about beating myself up. Instead, it’s about knowing that I am perfectly imperfect, and that’s okay. It really is. And it has taken me a long time to accept that.
I have learned that letting go and forgiving myself is the only way I can move forward to better things. Wallowing in “what could have been” is the fastest way to self-destruct.
So this year, I am going to focus on what’s good and what I’m doing right. I’m going to slow down, live more in the moment, and stop wondering what I could be doing differently. I’m going to love what I’m doing, love where I am in my life, and love what I’ve accomplished. And I’m going to love myself, imperfections and all.
As I slow down and take better care of myself this year, I’m going to put nourishing meals, more sleep, and less stress at the top of my list every day.
Here’s to the new year!

Natalie Jill, Fitness Expert
My biggest resolution is to work on keeping my state consistent with these three things:
- Believing in possibility
- Not comparing myself to others
- Focusing outside of myself and more on how I can empower others
When we focus on possibility and empowerment and stop comparing, we stop feeling discouraged or down, and results shift.
It is so important to change our state before we can plan our plate and ultimately love our weight. This is the resolution that I will personally stay focused on and empower others to do the same.
There is a high frequency (especially on social media) of comparison and women hating the way that they look. We compare ourselves to what edited images on social media say we should look like, and then we go into our diets hating our bodies, our lives, and our willpower.
No one is excluded from this, as I am guilty of scrolling and having limiting beliefs pop up in my head all of the time, like “Maybe I am too old for this,” or “I will never look like that,” or “Who am I to be teaching health and fitness?”
I am always asked “What is the best workout to fix (insert part they hate about their body here)?” or “What should I eat to fix (insert another part they hate about their body)?”
I can share a million workouts and meal ideas, but until one changes their state, nothing will change.

My New Year’s resolution is to surrender.
As a formerly obese woman who has now been living in a size 4 body for 14 years, breaking all the odds, I have learned that, in order to have complete peace around food, I have to follow the Bright Lines precisely: no sugar, no flour, no food outside my 3 meals a day, and only the amount that’s right for me to maintain an effortless 115 pounds.
Other women can eat just one Christmas cookie – I can’t. Other women can get away with using food as an emotional crutch, a way to relax, or a way to celebrate. I can’t. For me, celebrating with food leads to misery and overeating, even days later, when I really don’t want to be.
Here’s what I know about 2018. Even if I’m traveling, even if there’s emotional turmoil, even if I’m stressed, I will prioritize my simple, clean Bright Line meals and everything will be easier.
When my food is in order, everything else benefits. I exercise, I sleep better, I parent better, I read more books. Everything else just seems to fall into place. And that is the 2018 I want for myself, and everyone else who has the brain of a food addict.
Susan Peirce Thompson, Ph.D. is the founder of Bright Line Eating, a revolutionary program rooted in brain science that is breaking all the odds and on its way to helping 1 million people live at goal weight by 2030.
Sarah Anne Stewart, Holistic Health Expert
My New Year’s resolution this year is CONSISTENCY. No new goals – I will become more diligent about making what I know are the best choices for my health, every single day!
I want to embrace the feeling that the decisions that best serve me are the ones I make naturally, without effort and without having to push myself. I will become more mindful of recognizing when I am not choosing what is best for my health, which will allow me to reprogram subconscious patterns and align with my highest goals. My New Year’s resolution for 2018 is to stop multitasking and focus on being present. That means whatever is presented to me is what I’ll handle. I’ll focus on one project at a time, giving it 1000% of my focus and energy before I move on to the next one.

Dr. Anna Cabeca, Women’s Health Expert
I’m fully entering 2018 with the resolution to be the best I can be and fully committed to my Magic Menopause Program, with over 200 women joining me wherever they are in their menopausal journey.
After two hurricanes, several moves, and finally getting settled into my own home – status post-mold toxicity from the prior residences and all the physical challenges that that entailed – I am looking forward to having an army of wise women around me, as we embrace an optimally healthy New Year! I resolve to commit to being keto-alkaline 80% of this year.
Not just for myself, but for all the women that are coming along with me, we resolve to put our best foot forward with a smile on our face, wipe the tears and sweat off our brow, and face 2018 losing the extra pounds, feeling more flexible and energetic, and aiming for a higher spiritual connection to God and community.
Blessed to be here!
Dr. Anna Cabeca helps women shed the stereotypes of menopause and embrace this new aspect of their life’s journey. Her program magicmenopause.com launches January 2018.
Jessica Ortner, EFT Tapping Expert
My New Year’s resolutions have always revolved around improving myself in some way, but this year I’m taking a new approach. The question I keep asking myself is, “What can I do to be a better friend to the environment?”
I’ve decided to begin to compost, bring my own shopping bags to the grocery store, limit my use of plastic, and buy more from my local farm.
The best part is how these changes make me feel. I know supporting myself and my future means I need to support the environment I live in.

Kevin Gianni, Co-Founder of Annmarie Skin Care
My New Year’s resolution is to become more fearless – to find the sharp edges that are part of my everyday life and lean into them.
I have no expectation as to what this might do for me, but my hope is to expand my own personal realm of possibility, discredit my existing belief system, and birth a new one.

Michelle Norris, Mindset Coach
My New Year’s resolution is to live in a state of gratitude and purpose. “Ikigai” is the Japanese word for this state, and I intend to fully explore that in 2018.
I believe 2018 is the year women step into their powerful feminine and change this world in spectacular ways! It’s my belief that most women have no idea how much power they truly have.
Helping them to understand this concept and step out in confidence and within their feminine energy is my mission for 2018!

Dr. David Perlmutter, Brain Health Expert
My goal for 2018 – and for the rest of my life – is to do my ultimate best to fully connect with everyone around me.
Whether through professional activities or family events, I am constantly meeting new people. These encounters offer up the potential for my own personal enrichment, as I make much more of an effort to learn everything I can about these individuals: how they have met challenges, what they value, and what they identify as fundamental goals as they move through their lives.
I want to do all I can to focus on the we, and not the me. I want to distance myself from the notion of they. This is to say that I find the idea of “us versus them” to be an unsustainable tenet as we move forward in a world that is presenting ever more complex challenges.

Donna Gates, Gut Health Expert
I’ve always had the goal to change the way the world eats, and it’s still my goal to help humanity write a new story about health and longevity.
With that in mind, in 2018, I’m rolling out new info that proves that Body Ecology is the perfect gut-smart and gene-smart way of life. Our sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free diet with fermented foods and drinks impacts genetic expression and restores digestive health.
This year, I’ll also be introducing new products like our fermented Probiotic Protein Shake that helps build muscle, balance blood sugar, support weight loss, heal leaky gut and shift our epigenetics to express health instead of illness.

Naomi Whittel, Self Care Expert
My New Year’s resolution is to take care of myself and not feel guilty about it! I truly believe that it’s important for women to put our oxygen masks on first so that we can be the best we can be for ourselves and others.
I travel the world many times each year, and when I am home, I have the same kind of demanding schedule that most other women have. I have found that one of the best ways to take care of myself (and how I hope to deliver on this resolution) is through small changes in my routine that deliver high impact benefits to my health and wellness.
Wishing you a happy, healthy, and wonder-filled 2018!

Dr. Sachin Patel, Motivation Expert
My resolution for 2018 is to help you understand the biological secrets of eliminating procrastination, skyrocketing productivity, and getting stuff done!
Here’s why: I’ve struggled with motivation most of my adult life. I’m easily distracted by shiny objects and quick fixes. This behavior pattern resulted in crippling boredom and many unfinished projects.
Thankfully, in 2013, I had a genetic test done for my executive function and neurotransmitters. I finally understood why my brain worked the way it did.
I wasn’t lazy or uninspired. What I learned changed my life and I’m excited to share this knowledge with you.
Do you feel like you know what you need to do but struggle with getting started or staying committed? Well, it’s not your fault! (That’s great to know if you’re looking back at past failed New Year’s resolutions right now…)
We live in a world that throws a wrench at our brain’s motivation and reward system. When this is combined with inflammation, stress, poor sleep, and lowered nutritional status, our brains literally cannot make enough chemicals to keep us committed to our goals. I see this over and over in practice.
There is a perfectly sound scientific explanation as to why you might have a hard time sticking to your well-intentioned health goals! Below are some signs that your low motivation is not caused not “laziness,” but instead related to your reward chemistry:
- Cravings for chocolate
- Not feeling fulfilled when you accomplish a task
- Looking for “quick fixes”
- Addictive tendencies
- Celebrating your dietary accomplishments by cheating on your diet
- Feelings of hopelessness or worthlessness
- Having a short temper
If you have three or more of the above, there are simple and natural ways to increase a specific chemical in your brain that is related to motivation, reward, and healthy habit forming. Let’s make our resolutions stick this year!

Dr. B.J. Hardick, Author & Chiropractor
When we think about New Year’s resolutions, we often think about what else we want to “do” to achieve great health: Eat better. Join a gym. Work out more.
In 2018, my commitment to myself has much more to do with doing less – specifically, shutting it down and getting the sleep I deserve. I highly encourage others to think about including sleep in their 2018 resolutions!
Sleep quality matters as much as quantity. Balancing your circadian rhythms can improve your shuteye. To do that, sleep more when it’s dark outside. Conversely, make sure you regularly get natural sunlight to respect those natural rhythms of the body.
Practice good sleep hygiene, too. Shut down and dim screens when the sun isn’t up. Sleep in total darkness: No phones, digital alarm clocks, or any other light.
That’s what I’ll be doing!

Naveen Jain, Founder of Viome
My new year’s resolution this year is to empower millions of people to become the CEOs of their own health and wellness. How, you ask? It’s simple: trust your gut!
Virtually every system in your body is deeply influenced by your gut microbiome. When you eat the right foods for your unique microbiome, you can optimize your mood, productivity and your performance. But when this feedback loop is disrupted, it can lead to chronic illness.
This is why we started Viome. Viome gives you a literal roadmap to improved wellness, so you have everything you need to feel your best and achieve your wellness goals.
By harnessing the power of your microbiome, you can help us create a world where chronic illness is simply a matter of choice, not a matter of bad luck.
Naveen Jain is Founder and CEO of Viome, a unique testing program that helps you nurture and customize your personal gut microbiome to maximize your health. Find out more about how to stop fighting 21st century diseases with 20th century tools.
Dr. Sara Gottfried, Women’s Hormone Expert
My resolution is to put self-care first, and I’m encouraging all women to do the same.
Self-care includes kindness when I look at myself in the mirror and see wholeness (not the list of my flaws, like chubby arms, belly fat, and peasant thighs). I resolve to be fully embodied and know my power and feel it on a cellular level with love and kindness.
I’m inspired this year by the remarkable #metoo revolution to take self-care to a broader context. As women, we have a sacred obligation to support other women. That starts with integrity of body and soul, and very importantly, recognizing the line between providing and over-providing.
My hope for 2018: wholeness in all dimensions, integrity, self-love, and self-care.

Sue Hitzmann, Chronic Pain Expert
My New Year’s resolution is actually a non-resolution – here’s why…
‘Tis the season for New Year’s resolutions… fail, fail, fail, fail, fail, fa la la la. Do you remember the one you made for last year or do you just remember you didn’t follow through?
Ending a year is stressful, from closing books and doing taxes to last minute everything, and then we add to it a resolution to start the next year… What was so bad about this past year that I have to “resolve” it in the first place? Seems like yet another judgment on why I’m not someone better.
If change is inevitable anyway, I think this is the worst time of year to make a new commitment – especially if it’s only to fail at it a few weeks later, when new stress for a new year just compounds the stuck stress from last year!
So instead of making a New Year’s resolution, I simply look back at my business mission statement to remind me why I do what I do, and then I reflect on how I could do it even better for the following year. I take steps every quarter of the year that put into shape my expectations for the one that follows, and I much prefer that to making a traditional resolution!

Robyn Openshaw, Green Smoothie Girl
In 2018, I’ve got several goals: to serve more; work less but more effectively; and fine-tune my physical and emotional health. I’m going to:
- Be more patient in my parenting and friendships, listen more than I talk, and remember the “long play.”
- Fast or detox four times during the year.
- Seek out the people who inspire and support me and choose to spend my time with uplifting people.
- Spend a higher proportion of my time in service.
- Tune in more quickly to negative emotions and events and metabolize them, so I remain in forgiveness and flow.
Robyn Openshaw, MSW, is a psychotherapist and author of multiple titles, including her most recent book, Vibe, and GreenSmoothieGirl.com.
Dr. Steven Masley, Health Expert
I have found the New Year a great opportunity to improve my health by making resolutions, then making those steps a daily habit. I like to focus on four pillars – right food, essential nutrients, excellent fitness, and stress management – and select an area for improvement.
I am already good at eating vegetables, fruits, and smart fats; avoiding junk food; exercising daily; and taking my supplements.
I need to improve my stress management routine. So for 2018, I plan to:
- Add 10 minutes of Heart Math guided meditation daily.
- Expand my stretching and breathing routine at the end of my workout each day.
I invite you to pick a couple areas of specific improvement for 2018 and make it a daily habit.
I wish you the best of health for 2018!

Isabel De Los Rios, Blood Sugar Specialist
This coming year, my “habit upgrades” (as I like to call my resolutions) will focus on moving my body. If I am not intentional about movement, I quickly fall into the trap of being sedentary for most of my day.
With that in mind, I will:
- Break up my workout into 2 parts. I will do 30 minutes of stretching, foam rolling, facial blasting (great for more than just cellulite), and self-massage in the early morning and 30 minutes of interval training, strength training, yoga, or pilates in the afternoon. Breaking it up into 2 parts works better for my busy schedule and implements movement into my day twice a day.
- 10,000 steps per day. Time to find that Fitbit again! This will naturally help me find more ways to move and walk throughout the day.

Todd Herman, Performance Coach
It would be easy for me to write out a bucket-load of business or health resolutions. However, the area of my life I will focus on the most in 2018 is my relationship with my wife.
2017 was a year that demanded a lot of business focus, and Valerie, my wife, held down the fort like a champ. So, 2018 is my year to make sure she receives an ungodly amount of affirmation, attention, and spa treatments!

Betty Rocker, Health & Fitness Expert
In the New Year, I’m not starting new habits – I’m simply re-committing to the practice of habits that support me in living my best life.
- I am grateful and express my gratitude daily.
- I remain gracefully present.
- I speak to myself with love.
- I continue to develop my mind.
- I remain humble. Everyone I meet is a teacher.
- I listen more than I talk.
- I set and maintain good boundaries.
- I create massive value in the world around me.
- I attract others who mirror the qualities I create in myself.
- I nourish my body.
- I spend time with people I love.

Dr. Izabella Wentz, Thyroid Specialist
My New Year’s resolutions are:
- Keep growing and learning and becoming the truest and best version of myself!
- Revamp my cooking routine through creating delicious new recipes, meal plans, and batch-cooking… and finish the Hashimoto’s Protocol Cookbook! My goal is to create the most helpful, most practical, and tastiest cookbook to support you as you heal, grow, and become your best you. (The cookbook will be available in 2019 – it takes sooo long to publish cookbooks – but I likely won’t be able to help myself and may be releasing some sneak peaks in the coming months…)
- Finish a new book on the root causes of irritable bowel syndrome. This is something that’s been in my head for way too long, but keeps getting pushed back because of other priorities. (Anyone interested? Let me know – that will help keep me accountable!)
- Nourish my body for a healthy pregnancy and healthy baby (More about that in 2018, I promise!)
- Help 10,000 people overcome Hashimoto’s….

Susan Bratton, Relationship Expert
As a relationship expert, my New Year’s Resolution is to give my husband LOTS of affection, while also telling him what a great job he does as many times as I can. I call this “WIN with Affection.”
Men do so much – fixing this and that, taking care of business, being “the rock.” And where we women are fueled by their support and encouragement, they are motivated not just by appreciation, but by the combination of appreciation WITH affection.
Every time your guy does a good thing, no matter how small, make a fuss over him. Give him hugs and kisses for every job well done.
Men love to win. They crave respect – and they appreciate affection. Calling out my husband’s efforts with affection makes him so happy.
You really can’t overdo this! And the affection will draw him closer to you. He will feel your support and do even better.

Dr. Susanne Bennett, Author & Wellness Expert
Many of us get inspired to make New Year’s resolutions… but for me, it’s all about making “New Year’s Intentions”!
My intention for 2018 is to continue my commitment to researching and discovering new health modalities and nutritional remedies that will optimize life extension free of disease, beyond what is currently accepted. We can all live over 100 years old, and I am on a mission to live another 50 years, to at least 105!
I want to witness my great grandchildren get married, I want to live to see the flora, fauna, and oceans on Mother Earth restore and thrive to where they were 300 years ago, and I really want to personally connect with extraterrestrial beings!
Dr. Susanne Bennett is the author of Mighty Mito and The 7-Day Allergy Makeover, as well as host of Wellness for Life on RadioMD and iHeart Radio. Find out more at http://drsusanne.com.
Dr. Brian Mowll, Diabetes Expert
Despite the current trend away from setting New Year’s resolutions, I’m a big believer in harnessing the energy of the new year for change, growth, and transformation. It’s really a perfect time to set healthy intentions for the best year ever!
This year, I’m setting both a personal and professional intention.
Personally, my goal is to be more consistent with my fasting and eating strategy. I’m setting my intention to fast twice per week, every week, from noon Mondays to noon on Tuesdays, and the same between Thursday and Friday. In between those 24 hour fasting periods, my intention is to eat a low-carb, real food diet, avoiding grains, added sugar, and high glycemic foods.
I’ve found that this intermittent fasting strategy helps me to stay full of energy and vitality, lose weight or maintain my ideal weight, and keep my blood sugar and metabolism optimized. I’ve used this approach successfully with hundreds of clients, including men and women.
Professionally, I’m setting an intention in 2018 to reach at least 1,000,000 people with type 2 diabetes, expanding our message globally. Over the past decade, we’ve touched thousands of lives, but there are still way too many people suffering with diabetes and blood sugar problems, lost in the conventional medical system, or confused trying to help themselves.
This year, my goal is to launch a program that will reach 10x the number of people we could ordinarily reach by bridging the gap between functional and conventional medicine in diabetes care.
For the past 20 years, Dr. Brian Mowll, The Diabetes Coach, has been helping people control their blood sugar and reverse type 2 and pre-diabetes using a natural, functional medicine approach. To download his free “Blood Sugar Manifesto,” visit https://drmowll.com.
