Don’t think you need to DETOX?
The truth is detoxing NEEDS to be part of EVERYONE’S self-care plan.
Even if you’re eating clean, we are exposed to over 80,000 chemicals daily – and they sneak into our lives! Skincare, home cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and let’s not forget the air we breathe! Your body needs help – it wasn’t designed for all of this!
Most of us are doing detox wrong! Most detox programs are missing a key ingredient in detoxification: protein. Protein is responsible for escorting toxins out of your body via your liver and kidneys. You’ll learn a LOT more in our app.
BTW, please say NO to juice cleanses. If you’ve ever tried a juice cleanse that left you feeling starved, cranky, and exhausted, then you already know how to detox the wrong way. Fructose (the sugar in juice and fruit) is processed in your liver – NOT a way to detox – in fact, it distracts one of the body’s key built in detoxifying organs with all that “cleansing” fructose – and potentially leaves you with – an overloaded of toxins your distracted liver did not manage.

What People Are Saying About the Virgin Diet Detox
The good news: I lost 5.7 pounds in one week, and this morning, I felt the best I have felt in a long time. ~ Debra Hill Outlaw
“Yay! Finally I lost weight, 4 pounds in a little over a week. Pretty good for me and I wasn't sure if this would happen for me in this short time. Calm tummy, much less joint pain, happier outlook.” ~ Anne Elizabeth Ainsworth
Day 7 of the Detox and I've lost 3.4 pounds so far. Thanks to JJ for suggesting that we do OMAD [One Meal A Day] on the weekend, which made it quite easy. I had my morning shake at 9 followed by exercise and iced black coffee around 1pm and was able to push off my main meal till 5pm. I have been adding zucchini to my shakes (in lieu of spinach) to get in more vegetables and cacao nibs to add fiber. ~ Karen Radkowsky
