Dressing up and going trick-or-treating is lots of fun!
What’s NOT so fun is children bouncing off the walls from the inevitable sugar high, followed by a crash that makes the whole family feel cranky.
Even if you don’t have kids of your own, it feels wrong to knowingly contribute to your neighborhood’s risk of inflammation and obesity by handing out sugar bombs. (Plus, let’s be honest – you know who’s going to eat all the leftover bite-size candy bars, don’t you?)
