1 scoop Chocolate All-In-One Shake
3 tbsp RxSugar Allulose
Directions
1Pre-heat oven to 325°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2Mix all the ingredients together until a small dough forms.
3Scoop a tablespoon of dough and shape it into a small bar, about 1 ½ inches across (bite-size). Once all the bars are formed, gently press coconut into the dough.
4Bake for 20 minutes or until slightly browned.
5Take out of the oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Cookies should have a crispy texture.
6Transfer to an airtight container and store at room temperature for up to 4 days.
