Pear Almond Crunch Cobbler

Ingredients

Filling

2 tbsp almond flour

1 scoop Reignite Wellness™ Vanilla Paleo-Inspired Shake

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp tapioca starch

3 cups chopped pears

½ lemon, juiced

1 tbsp RxSugar maple-flavored syrup

¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

¼ tsp almond extract

Topping

½ cup almond flour

2 scoops Reignite Wellness™ Vanilla Paleo-Inspired Shake

1/3 cup RxSugar allulose sugar

Pinch of salt

¼ cup chopped pecans

¼ cup sliced almonds

4 tbsp hemp hearts

¼ tsp almond extract

¼ tsp nutmeg

1 tsp cinnamon

4 tbsp ghee

1 tbsp RxSugar maple-flavored syrup

Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a small bowl, stir together filling ingredients. Transfer to an 8x8-inch baking dish.

3In a medium mixing bowl, combine the topping ingredients together and crumble with your hands until it resembles a pea-sized mixture. Spread the crumble topping evenly over the pears.

4Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until it appears golden brown and pear juices are bubbling at the edges. Let the crisp cool at least 10 minutes before serving.

5Keep in refrigerator for up to 4 days covered. Can be consumed cold as a delicious, tasty treat!
