Recipe: Strawberry Basil Sparkling Water

by JJ Virgin on August 17, 2017

If you’re looking for a fun, easy way to be sure you drink enough water, this sparkling mocktail is the answer! It’s pretty enough to serve at a party and simple enough to make every day.

Finely slicing the fresh basil leaves releases their essential oils, and it doesn’t take long for them to flavor the water. If looks aren’t an issue, smashing the strawberries with the back of a spoon will do the same. Otherwise, just let it sit a minute or two before you start drinking for the best flavor.
