Recipe: Bulletproof White Russian

by JJ Virgin on July 1, 2017

The White Russian is a classic cocktail, but it’s also high-sugar impact and full of ingredients that can cause food intolerances like heavy cream, caramel coloring with gluten, and problem sweeteners.

Thank goodness for this Bulletproof White Russian recipe! It features delicious mycotoxin-free Bulletproof coffee from my good friend Dave Asprey, with a smooth finish and none of that acidic bite.

The heavy cream is replaced by coconut milk with heart-healthy fats and immune-boosting lauric acid. (Read this blog to find out 5 ways coconut milk can help your health.) The heavily sweetened liqueur is replaced with the flavor of vanilla extract and a dash of sweetness.

The result is even tastier and more irresistible than the original, and you can drink it without harming your health. Cheers!
