Black Bean Brownie Bites

Makes 20 small balls, or 10 servings

Ingredients

1 15-oz can black beans, drained and rinsed

½ cup almond flour

2 scoops Chocolate All-In-One Shake

1 scoop Extra Fiber

2 tbsp raw cacao or unsweetened dark cocoa powder

2 tbsp hemp hearts + 2 tbsp more for rolling

¼ tsp turmeric powder (optional)

¼ tsp ground nutmeg

¼ tsp sea salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp almond butter

2 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp allulose

Directions

1Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse a few times, while stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl. Then blend for 10 to 20 seconds until mixture comes together.

2Transfer to a small mixing bowl and mix thoroughly with your hands. Use a small scooper to form balls or you can do it manually. Scoop out a small amount into your hands and roll into a ball.

3Place balls on a plate or small sheet pan. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour to firm up.

4Roll balls in hemp seeds and transfer to an airtight container.

5Refrigerate up to a week. Enjoy!
