Ingredients
1 ½ lbs organic boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 cups green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 scoops Reignite Wellness™ Extra Fiber
1 tbsp RxSugar Liquid Allulose
Directions
1In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken cubes, sea salt, and tapioca starch. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
2Place a wok with oil over high heat until smoking. Add chicken cubes and sear on all sides until browned. Add greens beans, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
3Stir in Extra Fiber, coconut aminos, allulose, cashews, and water. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
4Divide the stir-fry equally between 4 bowls and serve immediately.
5Store any leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
