2 scoops Extra Fiber
Directions
1In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together except for the olive oil.
2Shape the mixture into 4 even patties.
3Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Place the patties in the pan and sear for 5 minutes on one side. Flip the patties and press them down to ensure even cooking. After flipping, add 1 tbsp of water, cover the skillet, and reduce the heat to low. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the patties reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
4Turn off the heat and serve.
5Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
