10 oz Good Karma Unsweetened Flaxmilk + Protein

3 tbsp organic canned pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)

½ cup chopped apple (I like honey crisp)

2 scoops Reignite Wellness Vanilla Plant-Based All-In-One Shake

2 tbsp gluten-free rolled oats

¾ tsp pumpkin pie spice
