Shakeberry Pie Parfait

1Warm cherries, berries, and coconut milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, until steaming; remove from heat.
2Pour off a few tablespoons of liquid from the pan into a small mixing bowl and combine with the All-In-One Shake, cinnamon, sweetener, and sea salt.
3Whisk until smooth, and add back to berry mixture.
4Stir in chia seeds and one tablespoon of the chopped walnuts; mix thoroughly.
5Refrigerate shakeberry mixture for at least an hour or as long as overnight, until thickened and cooled.
6To serve: Place half of the shakeberry mixture each into 2 small glass bowls.
7Top each parfait with half the whipped coconut cream.
8Sprinkle the final tablespoon of chopped walnuts evenly over the 2 parfaits and serve!
