White Bean Chicken Chili

2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

½ cup onion, chopped

1 lb ground chicken

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp ground cumin

1 tbsp oregano

2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp ground coriander

2 cups cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

2 4-oz cans diced green chiles

1 cup Good Karma Flax Milk + Protein

1 tbsp tapioca starch

2 scoops Collagen Peptides Powder

½ cup cilantro, chopped


1Place olive oil in a sauté pan on the stove on medium heat. Add the onions and sauté for 2 minutes. Then, add the ground chicken and cook for 5 more minutes while breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon.

2Add the spices, beans, and green chiles, and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.

3Whisk the flax milk with tapioca starch and add to the pot.

4Sprinkle collagen powder over chili and mix well.

5Turn the heat down low and simmer for 5 more minutes.

6Place chili in a bowl and garnish with cilantro. Enjoy!
