Recipe: Vanilla Pro-Whip Dairy-Free Whipped Cream

by JJ Virgin on August 18, 2018

Goodbye, Cool Whip and whipped cream and hello, Pro-Whip!

I love to top my smoothies with a big dollop of whipped coconut cream. Then one day while I was getting out all the ingredients for my shake and my whipped cream, I wondered, “What would happen if I mixed them together?”

The answer is magic! A scoop of Vanilla Paleo-Inspired Protein Shake gives this dairy-free whipped cream extra sweetness, plus a gorgeous creamy texture that’s just one step away from buttercream frosting.

And if you know me well, you know I had to try it with a chocolate shake too! The results were just as yummy.

So if you’ve been looking for an excuse to eat whipped cream for breakfast, I’ve got you covered! This recipe is full of healthy fats and protein, and when you sweeten it with a low-sugar impact choice, you don’t have to worry about bumping up your blood sugar.

Pro-Whip is a great shake add-in, but I also love it on top of a bowl of fresh organic berries or with Vanilla Almond Paleo Protein Pancakes. And when you freeze your Pro-Whip in a covered dish for at least 6 hours, you have easy, healthy no-churn ice cream!

Once frozen for at least 3 hours, you can stir in stevia-sweetened dark chocolate chips, chopped fresh strawberries, or salted crunchy almond butter to take your Pro-Whip ice cream to the next level. (It’s also fantastic with a chopped Co Co Crave Fiber Bar mixed in, but you didn’t hear that from me…)

So get out there and start whisking! Then be sure to share your creativity with me on Instagram so I can repost it for our whole community.
