Recipe: Coco-Vanilla Matcha Shake

If you’re a green tea lover, this shake is for you!

The green tea in this recipe also has something extra going for it: it’s made with championship gold medal-winning Pique Tea Crystals! By cold-brewing, then crystallizing their tea, Pique created an incredible superhero version of my favorite drink. Pique Teas have extremely high levels of polyphenols and catechins, so that means even more of the awesome health benefits.

Creamy coconut, vanilla, and Pique green tea crystals come together in this delicious protein shake with plenty of health-boosting benefits.

  • Prep: 5 mins
  • Cook: 5 mins
  • Yields: 1 Serving

Ingredients

2 scoops JJ Virgin Vanilla All-In-One Protein Shake powder* (your choice of protein type)

1 packet Pique Green Tea Crystals, your choice of flavor**

10 oz. unsweetened vanilla coconut milk

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp real vanilla extract

4-5 ice cubes

Directions

1Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

2Your shake can be thickened by adding ice cubes or thinned by adding cold water.
