A good friend of mine served this recipe at dinner a year ago, and I’m still thinking about it. It’s that good.
Full of omega-3 fatty acids, avocados naturally fight inflammation and heart disease, plus boost brain health. (Find out why in this blog.) Avocados are also full of fiber and antioxidants, which means they’re good for your gut health and can help fight aging and disease.
In short, this recipe is a perfect 10: delicious, healthy, and simple to make. Enjoy!
