Recipe: Ginger Mojito

by JJ Virgin on May 4, 2017

Mojitos are one of my favorite cocktails, and this version has extra heat from fresh ginger that makes it a real standout. (Ginger is also great for your immune system and inflammation.)

Rather than use soda or another sparkling water with added sugars, I prefer sparkling probiotic drink here. Why not give your gut health and immune system an added boost while you enjoy happy hour? I also often swap out the traditional white rum for tequila, which has a lower sugar impact.

Ginger Mojitos joins Chicken Tostadas; Pork Tenderloin Fajitas; and Pico de Gallo Avocado in our Tex-Mex Fest menu.

It’s mojito time! This delicious twist on the classic drink includes the kick of fresh ginger and a sparkling probiotic drink for great taste and nutrition. (For a virgin mojito, just omit the rum.)
