Recipe: Kevita Margaritas

Most days, you’ll find me double-fisting a Kevita sparkling probiotic drink in one hand and an iced green tea in the other. Hydration is key!

Over time, I started wondering what would happen if they wound up in cocktails, and the Kevita Margarita was born. (So was its sister, the Matcha Moscow Mule…) Not only does this drink taste great, it’s actually good for you!

Kevita contains probiotics, which do wonders for weight loss and your immune system. That boost of healthy gut flora is also fantastic for your mood and sex drive. (Find out why in this blog.)

You really can’t go wrong with this cocktail: healthy, tasty, and nourishing. And the non-alcoholic version is just as tasty for your designated driver as the real deal is for the rest of your party!

Kevita sparkling probiotic drink makes this margarita recipe as healthy as it is delicious! A tasty cocktail that boosts your immune system and weight loss? Start pouring!

Virgin Diet compliant: Cycles 1, 2, and 3

  • Prep: 5 mins
  • Yields: 2 Serving

Ingredients

2 whole, peeled limes

4 oz. tequila (I love Casamigos!)

8-10 ice cubes

1/2 tsp Xylitol, monk fruit, erythritol, or pure stevia (sweeten to taste)

15 oz. Kevita Mojita Lime Mint sparkling probiotic drink

Directions

1Using a blender, blend together the whole, peeled limes, tequila, and ice cubes until completely smooth and slushy.

2Pour in one bottle of Mojita Lime Mint Kevita, stir to mix, and pour finished cocktail into 2 glass tumblers.

3Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime twist to make things extra festive.

4(For a non-alcoholic version, just omit the tequila.)
