Ingredients
1 tsp granulated garlic powder
2 scoops Reignite Wellness™ Extra Fiber
1 tbsp RxSugar Maple-Flavored Syrup
1½ tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, divided
1 cup uncooked white quinoa, cooked according to package instructions
Directions
1Add ground beef, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, oregano, cacao, cayenne, Extra Fiber, and RxSugar syrup to a large bowl. With your hands, mix well to distribute flavors evenly. Set aside.
2Heat a pan with ½ tbsp olive oil on high heat. Add mushrooms to the pan and sauté for 10 minutes until browned. Remove from heat and transfer mushrooms to a bowl.
3Return pan to heat and add remaining 1 tbsp olive oil.
4Add the ground beef mixture to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes while breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon. When the meat is browned, take it off the heat and set aside.
5Divide the quinoa, beef, mushrooms, onion, radishes, tomatoes, avocado slices, cilantro, and hemp hearts into four bowls.
6Store ingredients separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Enjoy!
