2 scoops Chai All-In-One Shake
1/2 cup canned unsweetened 100% pumpkin
1 cup unsweetened dairy-free milk (I like Good Karma Flaxmilk +Protein)
¼ apple, peeled, cored, and sliced

1Place all ingredients in a blender on high. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
