Ingredients
1 tbsp RxSugar Maple-Flavored Liquid Allulose
2 scoops Reignite Wellness™ Extra Fiber
3 cups sweet potatoes, peeled and diced into small cubes
3 tbsp chopped fresh sage leaves
½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
Directions
1In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-5 minutes until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
2Add the ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it up with a wooden spoon or spatula. Cook for about 5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
3Add all the spices and the maple allulose into the meat. Mix thoroughly until combined.
4Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the ghee, diced sweet potatoes, chopped sage leaves, and walnuts to the skillet. Pour in ½ cup of water. Cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sweet potatoes are tender but not mushy.
5Place 1 ½ cups on a plate per serving.
6Refrigerate leftovers for up to 4 days in an airtight container.
