Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte

Ingredients

1 scoop Chai All-In-One Shake

2 shots brewed espresso (about 3 oz)

½ cup Good Karma Flax Milk + Protein

2 tbsp unsweetened pumpkin puree

2 tsp allulose

1 tsp pumpkin-pie spice

1 tsp vanilla extract

Foam

¼ cup Good Karma Flax Milk + Protein for foaming

Directions

1Place all ingredients in a small pot and stir. Place on a stove and heat on low for 3-5 minutes. Pour latte into a mug.

2Heat additional flax milk in a pot and place in blender on low until it foams. Scoop out foam and place on top of latte and add a sprinkle of pumpkin-pie spice. Enjoy!
