Ingredients
1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup canned red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup canned pinto beans, rinsed and drained
4 scoops Extra Fiber
Directions
1Place a large pot on the stove on medium heat. Add olive oil, onions, and garlic sauté for 2 minutes. Then, add the ground turkey and cook for 5 more minutes while breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon.
2Add the beans, spices, and diced tomatoes. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes on low heat.
3Turn heat off and stir in Extra Fiber.
4Place chili in a bowl and enjoy!
5Refrigerate up to 4 days in an airtight container.
