Recipe: Strawberry Shortcake Shake

by JJ Virgin on April 16, 2018

This shake is “berry” good for you! (Okay, last pun, I promise…)

Berries are amazing little multitaskers: full of fiber, vitamins, omega-3s… all that in pretty little packages that taste amazing! If you ask me, a handful of berries a day is your best bet for keeping the doctor away.

This shake recipe has toasty flaxseed and sweet vanilla alongside the strawberries to help recreate the flavors of strawberry shortcake. The creaminess of Vanilla All-In-One Protein Shake adds even more flavor and a smooth mouthfeel reminiscent of whipped cream – minus the dairy, of course!

So the next time you’ve got a craving for cake, reach for this recipe. It’s gluten-free, and with no added sugars, it’s a healthy breakfast that can double as dessert.
