Recipe: Perfect Paleo Smoothie

Paleo nutrition doesn’t have to be high-maintenance! This smoothie is packed with all the clean protein, healthy fats, and gut-healing fiber you need to feel focused and energized.

The most important ingredient is my Paleo-Inspired All-In-One Shake. It’s made with the power of bone broth for concentrated protein and collagen without all the hassle.

Paleo shakes are available in rich chocolate or versatile vanilla, and either flavor works beautifully in this 5-minute recipe. Because, let’s face it: sometimes, you just don’t want a big mug of meaty broth for breakfast!

Enjoy perfect, tasty nutrition in a glass with this Paleo-approved smoothie recipe. All the delicious, wholesome Paleo nutrition you need to feel strong and healthy!

Ingredients

2 scoops JJ Virgin Paleo-Inspired All-In-One Shake powder (your choice of chocolate or vanilla)*

10 oz. unsweetened almond milk

1 cup frozen organic strawberries or blueberries

1 cup fresh or frozen spinach

2 tbsp sunflower seed butter

1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions

1Blend the ingredients together until smooth.

2Your smoothie can be thickened by adding ice cubes or thinned by adding cold water.
