Recipe: Peaches & Cream Smoothie

Eating well shouldn’t feel like you are denying your sweet tooth! Pie for breakfast, anyone? Better yet, how about a cold and creamy smoothie (without gluten or dairy) with all the added benefits of fantastic, low-sugar impact nutrition.

This quick and nutritious recipe is loaded with lean protein, healthy fats, filling fiber and antioxidants. The fat, protein, and fiber all help to balance the release of sugars from the fruit, making this a breakfast option that will help you avoid that 10AM crash. Isn’t that peachy?

Full disclosure: I have tried so many brands of protein powders over the years! Making smoothies felt more like a science project than fun in the kitchen, and the objective was always to mask that quintessential protein powder taste, plus mitigate the gritty, chunky texture.

So you can imagine how thrilled I was to start developing recipes for this awesome community and discover JJ’s All-In-One Protein Shakes! Available in Paleo-Inspired or Plant-Based, they’re custom-formulated to taste creamy with the perfect touch of sweetness.

They also give you 21-22 grams of clean, lean protein per serving, plus all the other nutrients you need for a balanced meal. That’s key for long-lasting energy and balanced blood sugar.

Whether you’re running out the door or sitting poolside, this cool and refreshing shake is a fast and nutritious choice that makes the perfect guilt-free sweet treat!
