Candy Cane Protein Shake

Yummy vanilla and mint make this shake taste just like a holiday candy cane, minus all the corn syrup and artificial ingredients!

  • Yields: 1 serving

Ingredients

2 scoops JJ Virgin Vanilla All-In-One Protein Shake powder (any protein type)*

1/2 avocado

1 tsp Extra Fiber*

1 tsp real vanilla extract

3-5 drops pure peppermint oil (to taste)

10 oz. unsweetened coconut milk

4-5 ice cubes

Directions

1Blend the ingredients together until smooth, ramping up the blender speed slowly if using Paleo-Inspired protein.

2Your shake can be thickened by adding ice cubes or thinned by adding cold water.
