This year, give Santa a treat that won’t add pounds, crash his blood sugar, and leave him moody and exhausted!
This protein shake tastes just like sugar cookies with sprinkles. But instead of inflammatory gluten, dairy, and sweeteners, it’s full of fantastic nutrition: 22 grams of clean protein for great energy and boosted fat-burning potential, 6 grams of filling, gut-healing fiber, and plenty of healthy fats that are great for your brain health and cholesterol levels.
All that with just one gram of sugar! I’ll take that over cookies and milk any day… (And if you agree, I bet you’ll also love this awesome recipe for Oatmeal Cookie Overnight Oats or scrumptious Pumpkin Spice Protein Cookie Bites.)
