This protein shake tastes just like sugar cookies with sprinkles. But instead of inflammatory gluten, dairy, and sweeteners, it’s full of fantastic nutrition: 22 grams of clean protein for great energy and boosted fat-burning potential, 6 grams of filling, gut-healing fiber, and plenty of healthy fats that are great for your brain health and cholesterol levels.

Sugar cookies taste delicious, but they’re not exactly health food. This protein shake has all the same irresistible flavors with just 1 gram of sugar!

Virgin Diet compliant: Cycles 1, 2, and 3
Sugar Impact Diet compliant: Cycles 1, 2, and 3

  • Prep: 5 mins

Ingredients

2 scoops JJ Virgin Vanilla All-In-One Protein Shake powder* (your choice of protein type)

10 oz. unsweetened coconut milk

1 tbsp coconut butter

2 tsp JJ Virgin Extra Fiber*

1 tsp real vanilla extract

1/8 tsp almond extract

4-5 ice cubes

Whipped coconut cream (recipe below)

1 tsp all-natural rainbow sprinkles

Directions

1Blend the shake mix, coconut milk, coconut butter, Extra Fiber, vanilla extract, almond extract, and ice cubes together until smooth.

2Your shake can be thickened by adding ice cubes or thinned by adding cold water.

3Top your shake with a dollop of whipped coconut cream and sprinkles, then enjoy!

Whipped Coconut Cream

This dreamy, dairy-free whipped concoction makes the perfect topping for any drink or treat. It's a beautiful cloud of naturally sweet coconut.

Virgin Diet compliant: Cycles 1, 2, and 3
Sugar Impact Diet compliant: Cycles 1, 2, and 3

  • Yields: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

1 scoop JJ Virgin Vanilla All-In-One Protein Shake powder* (your choice of protein type)

1 (14 oz.) can full-fat unsweetened coconut milk, refrigerated at least 12 hours

1 tsp real vanilla extract

1/2 tsp monk fruit extract or stevia (optional, to taste)

Directions

1Open the can and drain off the liquid. (Save it to use in protein shakes!)

2Then scoop the firm coconut meat into a medium bowl; add vanilla and monk fruit extract or stevia.

3Beat with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until completely whipped and thick.

4Refrigerate until ready to use.
