Peaches & Cream Smoothie

The sweet-tart combo of peaches and coconut milk in this protein shake is a cold, creamy throwback to a beloved dessert. Time to indulge in a guilt-free treat!

  • Prep: 5 mins
  • Yields: 1 serving

Ingredients

1 cup sliced organic fresh or frozen peaches

10 oz. unsweetened coconut milk (from carton, not full-fat canned)

2 scoops JJ Virgin Vanilla All-In-One Protein Shake powder* (your choice of protein type)

1 tsp real vanilla extract

1 tsp fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp gluten-free rolled oats OR chia seeds

Dash ground cinnamon

Dash ground turmeric (for a more peachy color)

4-5 ice cubes (if using fresh fruit)

Directions

1Blend the ingredients until smooth.

2You can add water to thin your shake or more ice cubes to thicken. (Using fresh fruit means you’ll need more ice cubes.)
